A: The beer is very hazy dark yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high white head that gradually died down, leaving a thin head covering the surface, a collar around the edge, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of pears are present in the nose along with notes of citrusy hops.
T: Like the smell, the taste has flavors of pears with notes of lime and orange citrus. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this IPA to be rather unique as it seemed like a hybrid between an English Pale and a New England IPA. It was quite fruity.
