Look: Decent looking beer. Pours a hazy orange with a dense one finger head of foam. Leaves no lacing.
Aroma: Pine resin, bitter orange pith and sweet caramel.
Taste: Follows the nose. Very basic. Well balanced notes of resinous pine sap and savory caramel candy. Finishes bittersweet with more pine sap and some notes of orange.
Feel: Moderately bubbly with a smooth texture. Dry.
Overall: I kind of feel bad being so harsh with my ratings here but I honestly felt this was very generic, especially for a not so cheap beer like this.
It's half way decent and checks off all the boxes sure, but it doesn't really go above and beyond to stand out amongst the thousands of other IPAs out there on the market. Pine sap, orange and caramel are the major flavors here. There's nothing unenjoyable or off putting about it - but if you've had your fair share of IPAs you've had this beer a thousand times before.
I would recommend this beer if you're looking for a solid IPA but I wouldn't steer you towards this if you were looking for something that's to that "ten out of ten" level. Not that there's anything wrong or off putting about this beer - it's just slightly one dimensional.

Pours out on the lighter side of typical NEIPA squash soup, fully hazed under a long lasting frothy cap, slowly going to a thick film and leaving a copious mess of fine bubble sheeting. Nice looking brew.
Fresh and tropical fruity sniff.
On the palate its a nice mix of a soft melange of tropical fruit and equally soft resiny notes. Balanced between these two directions and highly enjoyable/drinkable. Nice creation from this new, to me at least, brewery.
