This is the IPA for someone who looks forward to having more than one drink and still function like a relatively normal human. We took our favorite elements of an iconic style and dialed down the ABV, while focusing on the best characteristics in the malts and hops to create what we think is the ideal sessionable IPA.

Poured into a Reuben's Brew small snifter. Pours a hazy, medium orange-gold with a one finger white head that dissipates to patches with light lacing. Aroma of pale malt, citrus hops, lemon, lime, grapefruit and mild over-ripe tropical fruit. Flavor follows, with pale malt, citrus hops, lemon, lime, grapefruit and hints of tropical fruit around the edges. Satisfactory citrus rind bitterness in the finish; excellent for an East Coast hazy IPA, in fact. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. A bit of age on this can, so the hop flavors are probably not as fresh as possible, but there is nice citrus throughout the flavor. I had ordered the Kölsch and this was substituted, apparently. So I was a bit disappointed to see it was a hazy IPA, but the bitterness level is fine so I'm a happy camper in the end. The hop bill is a little one note, but good citrus and probably better fresh. I gave this a little boost in points for the taste to reflect my joy at a bitter hazy. This is labeled as a sessionable IPA with a 4.4 ABV, and is flavorful for that level.

Didn't even notice at first it was a session, but very well-executed. Light and citrusy, with minimal residual bitterness that still retains solid hop character.

16 oz can, dated "Aug/06/2020", so not the freshest sample....

Nice looking hazed up NEIPA kinda pour, supports a lasting frothy cap and leaves a loads of thicker ringed sheeting..and loads real nice looking fine sheeting...

Pungent ripe melon and pineapple sniff.

Tasty, freshly flavorful and highly enjoyable offering....ripe tropical fruits abounding and smoothly flowing through the mouth....fine stuff...go get some
