We love our lagers- there is something special about a cold-fermented libation that makes the beer gods, and us drinkers really smile. Pilsner No. 2 is an International Pilsner, blending inspirations of both German and Japanese characteristics of one of the most widely enjoyed styles of beer in the world.

Mostly clear yellow body, huge white head. Taste is highlighted by fruitier notes with the tropical and lesser so citrus hops, but still has great biscuit malt and grain tones in a bright way. Smells hoppier than it is, but plenty of grain to go with. Crisp body! Pretty light and decently clean, with a fun hop finish.

12oz can. Date stamp on can bottom is '03/25/25'.
Slight cloudiness with a straw colored body. One finger of white head with the pour and this becomes a full cap. Leaves behind scattered small spots of lacing.
Aroma is citrus mixed with toasted biscuit malts.
Taste is initially sweet and then turns bitter at the end. Has a base of sweet toasted bready malts. Other flavors of lemon and other citrus, along with citrus rind and pith. Woody bitterness continues from the end and into the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Slight spiciness on the tongue. Good carbonation.
Fruity and bready, with a touch of spice and and and ending bitterness takeover.
