This pilsner has a nice rounded taste, with a clean crisp finish. The appearance is pale to deep gold, with a creamy white head. This beer has won many awards, with the most prestigious being Gold at the World Beer Cup in 2010.The Golden Pilsner is available year round at our brewery.

I love a good Pilsner, but they are few and far between. This didn't start well. It pours with a distracting haze...lots of floaties in the Orange-ish liquid. The smell is better. Clean malt and Nobel hops. And, the taste is great....good balance of malt and hops. Clean, refreshing. Maybe a little heavier and sweeter than necessary, but still very good.

Gets the job done and it is drinkable, it just doesn't have any characteristics that make it stand out. Nothing offensive, nothing to make me crave it.

Served this Czech style pilsener on tap at the brewery, in a pint glass. This is Morgan Streets flagship beer and it won the gold medal in the 2010 Beer Cup so im expecting big things. This brew poured a clear straw color, produced an average white head, possessed poor retention but did have nice lacing. The aroma was smelled of pale malt, slight hints of caramel and floral hops. Light in body, this Pilsener has a backbone of sweet pale malt, some caramel and a decent amount of bittering hops. Creamy, smooth, and a dry finish. Nice example of the style- not outstanding but good in terms of most pilseners that are produced.
