Deep reddish copper color leaves the drinker certain they were served the correct beer. This Irish Red styled lager has a light tan head and moderate caramel malt sweetness that gives way to a roasty after taste. There is a moderate level of carbonation that gives way to a dry smooth finish. Red Lager is available off and on throughout the year. Enjoy.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear dark copper color with a thin off-white head that diminishes steadily. Spotty lacing. Toasted malt aroma with a touch of toffee. Light-bodied with flavors of malt, butterscotch and mild hops. The finish is mostly sweet and short with a bit of fruit and malt in the aftertaste. Below average overall.

on tap at the brewpub in St. Louis. poures a fiery reddish amber color with a half finger of light orange head. no retention and moderate lacings.
aroma is rich and sweet, with caramel malt and a bready base. a standard red in the nose.
taste is more of the same with a silky smooth feel that holds everything together. nicely proportioned.
mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with a sweet and creamy character, along with a smooth finish. all together easy-going on the palate.
drinkability is good. a rich and lively red, this one goes down smooth and leaves the palate wanting another swig. cheers!

Morgan Streets red amber comes to the table in a big ol 24 oz mug, and looks, well, amber /copper. Nice topping of ivory head, producing streaks of lace.
Whiffs of a raspy and vinous malt greet the ol snaaze, and those aromas progressed well to the quaff. This medium bodied brew really hit the red amber mark, finishing with a dry and crisp hop backbone. Tasty enough to get a couple big mugs of it before the football game.

Although I was disappointed to find no Vienna Lager on tap this fine Red Lager - whose recipe is similar did a nice job of filling in. Very clear and redish copper from some roast barley. Presented at a resonable serving temp ~40-45°F malts dominate nose. Medium body with moderate carbonation supporting a low head. Hops kick in some bitterness to dry the finish but are otherwise not noticeable.
A fine looking red with an ultra clean taste that is very easy drinking.
