Pours a dark amber with thick, fluffy head.
Smell is fruity, yeasty, hoppy and sweet. Notes of raisins, dried fruit, citrus and brown sugar.
Taste is fruity and bit yeasty with a solid bitterness. Notes of dried fruit, raisins, pine, citrus and pepper with some spicy hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, chewy and smooth with bright carbonation.
Overall, a terrific Belgian IPA, reminds me a bit of a sweeter and yeastier Houblon Chouffe
