Pours a clear dark yellow with fine head.
Smell is fruity and yeasty with notes of pine, dried fruit, banana, apples and peach.
Taste is fruity, yeasty and herbal with a powerful bitterness. Notes of pine, dried fruit, Lakrisal and pepper with some mineral hints.
Mouthfeel is medium and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice Belgian IPA, kind of Chouffe light.
