On-tap 12/11/2021 at the brewery’s taproom in Providence, RI, served in a stange glass.
A: The beer is a light gold color, with a large foamy white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains light caramelized malts, grain and a touch of hops.
T: The taste starts out bready with flavors of grain and a light malt character up front. Then some touches of sweet flavors of caramel and a little fruit come in. The hops presence is very mild but complementary and brings a very good balance. The after-taste is slightly bready and slightly sweet.
M: Smooth and very crisp, light body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.
O: Tasty, goes down very easily, not filling at all, mild kick, very good representation of style. This is a very solid lighter beer to drink for a long time.
