16oz. Can served in a willibecker. Pours a lovely mahogany hue with a slight haze to the clarity and a creamy, quarter inch, off-white head. Nose is quite lovely, caramel, dark fruit and a hit of allspice and sawdust. Taste is quite lovely - flavors are mellowed and balanced without being cloying. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with a carbonation shy of lively and a light, dryness to the finish. Overall, a great example of an underdone style.
