Drinking this at The Nocturnal Brewing Company in beautiful downtown Hayesville North Carolina with The Red Head Lady of Snowbird Mountains Brewery.
Looks golden yellow with a nice white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thick ring.
Smells lightly biscuity, flowery.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a nice light Helles style lager that I would definitely order again.
