Drinking this at The Snowbird Brewery in Downtown Andrews NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks pale yellow with a nice white foamy head that dropped to a thin cap.
Smells biscuity, peppery, spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely with a building crescendo of habanero pepper that just builds and builds.
Mouth feel is medium for the style, with a lot of peppery spiciness.
Overall a very nice peppery beer that I might order again.
Cheers!
