Drinking this at The Snowbird Brewery.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks dark brown with a tan foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells malty, sweet, lightly spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely, malt forward.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice example of a brown ale that I would definitely order again.
