Drinking this at The Snowbird Mountains Brewery in beautiful downtown Andrews NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks dark brown almost black with a nice foamy tannish head that dropped quickly to a thin cap and some nice lacing.
Smells malty sweet, spicy, chocolate.
Taste follows the nose nicely with plenty of caramel hints.
Mouth feel is medium plus for the style.
Overall this my favorite beer at Snowbird Mountains Brewery, it's a job well done.
