Had a pint while visiting with Da Boss for lunch today 2-19-23 for $7.00.
Beer was served clear gold with a pretty good white head.
Nose was of pilsner malts and a touch of light fruits.
Taste was pilsner malt dominated with very little yeast impartations other that a faint hint of pears. Finishes sufficiently hopped so that it was not overly sweet.
Mouthfeel was medium to heavy bodied and not smooth. not what i expected.
Overall not a good representation of the style. Should have known better than to try a Tripel.
