On tap at the brewery taproom.
Appearance. This has a very attractive dark reddish-brown body that's sparkling clear and topped by a very durable and creamy tan head.
Aroma. Cassia, tart plums and black bread.
Flavor. Very fruity and moderately tart with raisin and prune notes. Plenty complex but lacks harmony.
