This Little Devil is our most recent New England IPA, rendition. Juicifer has a slightly thicker mouthfeel and has strong notes of pineapple, tangerine, and orange creamsicle.

16 oz can poured into the Speiglau ipa glass. A golden yellowish/orange with a two finger head with decent retention. Aroma is of dank, citrus, sea salt. Taste is right in line. Low level of carbonation, soft medium feel. This brewery is killing it, based on what I have sampled so far.

A: Pours a very hazy medium golden honey in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate pale yellow + pale orange + apricot + light pale burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense creamy sudsy white head that slowly reduces to a medium to large sized patch of thin film covering a little less than 50% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a large patch of mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/orange + tropical/pineapple + citrus/tangerine hops over the top of moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + oat malts with a light to moderate amount of lactose-like sweetness.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + oat malts with a light to moderate amount of lactose-like sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/orange + tropical/pineapple + citrus/tangerine hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away quickly but leaves a moderate amount of lingering citrus + tropical hop flavors with just a touch of greenness to the hops.
M: Light to medium bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Light to moderate amounts of creamy soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light amount of dryness in the finish. Light amounts of hop burn.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel and just a touch of hop burn. Very enjoyable with lots of citrus + tropical hop flavors and aromas. I could easily have a couple of these.
