I’ve been to this place 4 or 5 times, it’s a shame they lost their name-sake century old tree to a storm a few years ago.
I found it’s best to go late in the day during the week, or off season.
During the summer on a Saturday it can get pretty crazy, getting there early is best. The police sometimes come out to direct traffic and the backup can be long. Parking expands out into the fields.
They have a nice indoor seating area and tap room though, covered seating outside on the patio is also available. Lots of picnic tables.
I’ve never stayed to see a live performance there, but the stage and pavilion look like they could handle a decent performance.
There are also small yerts/tents to rent up the hill from the stage if you are a die-hard partier.
The beer is pretty good, some are better than others, and a decent variety.
Overall it’s a great brewery, with a lot more to offer than most others.

Visited with my wife and two young boys on a hot Saturday afternoon. Walking up I could tell this wasn't going to be inexpensive - tons of amenities. A ridiculous number of picnic tables, covered patio, indoor seating, tepees you can reserve (rent?) ahead of time, a big covered pavilion with more picnic tables, a huge playground area, etc. The food looked good but we didn't order any. The service at the bar was great (they had mobile ordering available to speed things up) and the beer itself was also quite good overall. Prices are a bit steep; ~$8 for most pints, $15.50 for a 5x5 flight. Overall, I'd definitely be up for a return visit, hopefully with friends, and would plan to make an afternoon of it.

A new, fairly modern and open tasting room has a less personal, order-taking feel to it. There’s a lot of open space beyond the tasting room that leads me to believe the place can get pretty busy, so the order area might make sense.

Didn’t have a wide selection of their beers, as we just stopped in to check the place out. They had a decent variety of options to please a fairly wide crowd. The beers we had were decent enough, so a return visit might make sense to get a more informed score for that category.
