Pours a dark amber to light brown color with a bigger, eggshell colored head.
Smells of dried garden herbs, older mint and rustic sweet caramel among slightly toasted grains.
Drinks quite refreshing with a fitting, well accentuated carbobation, highlighting the beers light body perfectly well.
Tastes of toasted grains, lighter hazelnuts and hop covered caramel malts, well entangled into bakers chocolate and whole grain bread dough. Turns a bit dryer then, a bit metallic from the present carbonation, gently balanced by the sweeter malts. Finishes a bit watery, due to an early vanished carbonation, slightly bready and dry.
Very solid Dunkel with a pleasant balance to it, with a finish which is just a little too tamed.
