Pours a slightly clouded golden color with a smaller white head.
This smells of fresh cooked peas, wet grass and dried flowers, tied together by some caramel.
Drinks light and refreshing with a solid, vivid carbonation to it, trying to fight omnipresent malts in this.
Tastes of sweet, sweet malts, a little crackery but mostly defined by caramel and toffee, with just a glimpse of dry and bitter hops cutting through. Gets a little watery then, since the effervescent carbonation is dying down too soon in this, opening up the palate to a monotonous maltiness. Finishes with a decent hoppy note if it wasn‘t for the overly pronounced caramel in this.
This isn‘t fun to drink, because the beer lacks badly in balance. They know how to play the regonial producer card as far as advertising goes, but fall short in terms of quality of the product.
