This IPA is a seeker on a quest for reconciliation; beautiful hoppy aromas and flavors brought to glorious collaboration with malty goodness.
A backbone of Munich and Pilsner malts support a solid dose of Chinook hops from Vermont’s own Champlain Valley Hops.
Toss in a little grapefruity-ish balance from some Simcoe and Mosaic, and what we have is a very pleasant pairing. A beer suited to cheering others, looking out of windows, and inspirational movies.

16oz can, sitting in the back of my fridge ... ok, it's time! Canned 04DEC23...
Pours a medium golden color, with a little bit of haze. Head is a solid layer of fluffy, pillowy white foam, with decent lacing. Aroma has some lightly toasted malts, plus a bit of apricot and tangerine. Body is medium with a fairly smooth feel.
Flavor also has some toasty action but it's quite restrained. Fruity notes are prevalent, with a mix of grapefruit, melon, apricot and honeydew. Decent and drinkable, though likely a one-and-done.
Prost!!

Can (undated, but purchased at the brewery) into pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy medium gold with a persistent off-white head. Decent lacing. Initial impression is citrus rind, pineapple, and pine. Mouthfeel is medium soft. Finish is pine resin and citrus. Overall, it's OK but I won't revisit.

A very basic APA. Seemed more like a Pilsner than an IPA style. Nothing memorable. I would figured it to be a simple starter for a novice drinker. One and done.

Lucy & Howe Brewing Co. IPA-American
Classic nose of pure piney hops, citrus zest, and light to medium malty base balance. Crisp, clean, grainy, charred pilsner malt grains, burnt caramel and earthy pine tree sap. A very classic tasting and feeling AIPA start to finish. Take a trip back.

From a 16 oz. can dated 03/29/22. Sampled July 4, 2022.
The pour is golden with a slight fog but not a haze underneath a lingering white foamy head.
The aroma is close to melons and cantaloupe with a little orange and a lower profile barley grain breadiness.
Medium mouthfeel.
This is a three month old can so the taste has gone stale but I still pick up the breadiness, the melon, and a strong bitter finish. The bitterness seems bigger than 35 IBU.
