Appearance: Slightly hazy, pale straw yellow. Fluffy white head with moderate retention. No carbonation visible after initial pour.
Aroma: Mild citrus & floral hops aroma.
Flavor & aftertaste: Restrained bitterness. Low sweetness. More tropical fruit than citrus flavors.
Mouth-feel: Light to medium bodied. Light carbonation. Medium length finish.
Overall: This pale ale is refreshing and drinkable. It does not have the bitterness most others do, so it leans to the sweet side. Nice subtle citrus and tropical fruit aromas. Not heavy on the palate. It's a good sessionable pale ale. Remember, it's not an IPA, so it's not supposed to overwhelm with bitterness and hoppiness.
