Moderate brown color (light passes through the center). Small and quickly dying head. Little lace.
Sweet cocoa aroma.
Strong chocolate milk flavor although it’s not too sweet. Richer than most porters but with moderate carbonation. The swallow draws out darker chocolate which leaves a longer aftertaste. While not overly complex, this is an above average Porter.
