Copenhangen 8/3 2025. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Blue can with Alder's simple logo in orange d the name of beer and brewery in white letters.
Pours almost clear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with a sharp scent of Citrus fruit. Sweet peach and Pineapple. Grapefruit and Lime. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture,
Flavor is maid intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a pleasant sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Perfectly nice and zesty Indian Pale Ale.

JULY 2024.
44 cl can (7€ from the beershop fridge).
Poured it is a beautiful intense golden color, very clean ("lagerized") only slightly cloudy but almost completely transparent.
Citrus and herbaceous aromas. Abundant foam and medium consistency.
In the mouth, a medium-bodied beer supported by adequate carbonation. Fragrant, but not invasive, flavors of citrus (grapefruit, orange peel) that flow into more herbaceous and woody hints (cut grass, chicory) that end with an initially pungent bitterness that fades quite quickly leaving an aftertaste of summer fruit (I especially feel: white peach and summer plum).
"Straight" drinking with defined and well-balanced flavors that lead to an "old-fashioned" finish, with a well-perceptible bitterness and a light fruity nuance on the palate to dampen those citrus and hop hints in bitterness that characterize the first part of drinking.

Golden to greenish, slightly hazy. Half finger of foam, ok.
In the smell tropical hops over all, with fruity notes of mango, peach. Some malty notes, lighlty honeyed.
In the taste again a lot of tropical hop, maybe a bit too much for my taste. Again mango, and pineapple.
Still, clean and well done.
Balanced, okm an the same for the aftertaste.
