NOVEMBER 2024.
44 cl can (7€).
"Batch: L276F - Canned: 11/11/2024 - Best before: 11/04/2025" - Drunk on 11/19/2024 (I rarely find them so fresh).
As soon as you open it, you immediately notice very lively citrus notes (ripe citrus) with tropical nuances that expand when poured.
It is beautiful to look at: golden color almost completely transparent (lagerized).
Foam present, but of little consistency.
In the mouth you find the hints that were perceived by smell, obviously amplified with this predominant hint of mandarin that invades the palate and leaves it full of flavor.
There are also tropical and summery notes of passion fruit and melon, but the mandarin flavor (clementine, to tell the truth) is undoubtedly the main one.
Medium density body, but lighter than one would expect when drinking.
Light carbonation.
The recipe also includes a little sugar and I must say that a slight sticky feeling remains on the lips at the end of the drink.
This time the bitter note is very contained and ample space is left for the fruity notes of ripe citrus fruit salad.
Evidently, this beer (unlike many others from Alder) was conceived on a modern basis that favors the exaltation of the taste of hops, rather than their bitter characteristic.
Explosive taste, not very bitter but still balanced and certainly different (and better than a standard craft Imperial IPA).

Can. Golden and slightly opalescent, with a nice white cap, fine and quite persistent. Nose: intense, citrusy, resinous, tropical flavors. Taste: the same, a strong drink resinous and bitter, an hops bomb with the ABV well hidden and tropical . A great Ipa with some Neipa references, persistent with a soft mouthfeel and a little herbaceous e resinous ending

Lightly veiled blonde appearance, bright. White foam.
Smell: hoppy notes, citrussy, lightly resinous. Fruity too, even tropical. Pineapple, peach.
More resinous taste, intense, less tropical. Good balance.
Even some orange marmelade notes.
Alcohol well hidden, goos balance.
