FEBRUARY 2023.
On tap (@Luppolo12)
It is a West coat IPA hopped with Amarillo, Cascade, Simcoe, Centennial and Citra (also dry hopped).
Hop aromas: both citrus and with more herbaceous undertones.
Deep blond color, very clean even if a slight haze is present, but very minimal ...
Fairly abundant and soft foam, of good consistency.
Medium body in the mouth, but without the slightest malt gustatory perception.
Lively but not excessive carbonation (pefect).
In the mouth you find a beer without frills: citrus taste (grapefruit, orange peel) and more herbaceous and balsamic reflections.
Dry finish, with a non-invasive but clearly perceptible bitter note.
UPDATE 2024:
Re-hopped this beer with Idaho 7, Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, Citra Cryo.
