SEPTEMBER 2024.
44 cl can (6,50€/7€)
West Coast Double India Palermo Ale produced with Pils, Golden Promise and Cara malts, American Ale yeast and hopped with a blend of well-known American hops: Citra, Simcoe and Centennial. An addition of sugar is also planned.
"Lot: L089F - Packaged on: 16/05/2024 - Best before 16/10/2024".
Slightly opaque golden.
Just the right amount of foam and soft.
Extremely tasty and with a full flavor that invades the palate:
White peach
Fresh summer plum
Apricot
Citrus (orange peel, mandarin, grapefruit)
Slightly resinous finish.
Dry, with a bitter citrus note with resinous reflections that remains, while the lips almost stick (perhaps due to the added sugar).
On the palate, a yellow-fleshed fruit salad.
