Copenhagen 1/10 2025. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard. Kbh. V. Pink can in Alder's usual design with their leaf-like pretty cool logo in gold and the name of beer and brewery in white.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable, Settles as a thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass, Moderate lacing,
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit and lemonade mingling with a more tart scent of citrus fruit. Sweet pineapple with a touch of Fanta. Lime and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Pleasant and well-composed Indian Pale Ale
