APRIL 2026.
44cl can (€7.50 at the beer shop).
This is a Double Dry Hopped American India Pale Ale whose recipe calls for the use of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops, Nelson Sauvin in Bliss (a premium selection of Nelson Sauvin hops that maximizes their aromatic components, marketed by "Freestyle Hops," located in the Upper Moutere Valley in New Zealand), Nelson Sauvin in Subzero (a hop derivative that, thanks to processing at subzero temperatures, allows the resins and essential oils they contain to separate, as well as the bittering resins from the vegetal component), Citra Cryo (this American hop is processed using cryogenic technology in nitrogen-rich environments so that the lupulin is separated from the cones and enhances their aromas and alpha acids—i.e., organic compounds present in the resins of the flowers and which contribute to the bitter taste when used in a beer recipe—almost completely eliminating the vegetal component) and Mosaic.
A blend of German and Czech malts is used, while the yeast strain is of Anglo-Saxon origin.

As soon as the can is opened, the room is filled with tropical aromas and ripe citrus.
When poured, it "explodes" on the nose... It truly seems as if incense has been lit in the room.

Beautiful golden color, barely hazy.
Risible head and light consistency.
Minimal carbonation.
On the palate, a medium/full-bodied beer with a fragrant and invasive flavor that immediately pervades the entire palate with flavors of ripe citrus fruits first (ripe orange, pink grapefruit), followed by notes of summer fruit (white peach, ripe apricot) and tropical and mellow notes of mango, papaya, pineapple, and a hint of coconut. The finish has a pleasant resinous note and hint of orange peel that dries out the drink and leaves a commendable bitterness on the tongue, without affecting the fruity notes that linger on the palate.
Lots of fruity nuances, a clean tongue with this bitter finish that I truly appreciated.
No discernible bad taste.
A slight stickiness remains on the lips.
Truly well-balanced, with these fruity notes (tending toward sweet) that fill the palate and this dry note that leaves a bitter aftertaste on the tongue that's anything but ordinary.
A BEAUTIFUL interpretation of this style, uncompromising, all in the name of quality: lots of fruit (ripe citrus, white peaches, tropical fruits) and a dry, slightly, but noticeably bitter finish that cleanses the tongue, leaving this fruity flavor on the palate with extraordinary balance.
