This Double New England IPA was triple dry hopped with excessive amounts of Strata, Citra, Motueka, Comet, and Simcoe to bring you all the tropical fruit flavors with the dank we love. So go ahead, soak in the rays emanating out of this bright yellow hazy New England IPA and take a mental vacation on Dank Island.

CAN
Crusty white over milky dark orange; earthy, resiny, ganga nose with rotten orange + mango plus mint + lime zest as it opens; passionfruit, citrus, deep dirty dank, specks of lime, coconut + pine, dried apricot, grassy end; dead smooth, oily, thick.

Citra, Motueka, Comet, Simcoe
Proper swamp, not in the piney Columbus way but in the damp basement way. Brings the murky side of Comet + Citra but keeps its NEIPA pedigree.
Lay on those bright Motueka notes and you get something like pineapple: both zesty + funky. And it does stay tropical in its fruity but sticky character - is that why there’s a palm tree on the can?
I don’t think it totally lives up to its name, but a nice bit of gop all the same.
Dank, though more jungle than pine forest, if that’s your thing…

Can from Vinyl Beer on the UES NYC . Pours a hazy orange gold with a finger of fluffy white head and great lacing, smell is dank, piney, grapefruit zest, and grapefruit flesh, hints of papaya, cantaloupe, and caramel malts, taste is herbaceous dank grapefruit flesh up front, mellows to ripe papaya and melon, hints of guava, caramel, marshmallow, very mild pithy finish, feel is medium to full bodied, creamy carbonation. A half grapefruit with dank tropical nectar sprinkled on top.
