Welcome to Autum in the Valley. This brew was crafted to conjure memories of the season through bready malts and pumpkin pie spices. We also used real pumpkin multiple times in the brewing process to add body and a beautiful reddish hue to the beer. Finally we added another dose of sugar and spice to round it out.

On tap at Tin Barn Brewing in Chester, NY.
This one pours a golden amber color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells vaguely of pie spicing, with dark breadiness and some caramel.
This is a competent but not particularly exciting take on the style. The spicing is not too high, and it’s somewhat bittersweet, with breadiness and a touch of caramel. I’ve certainly had worse pumpkin beers, but I’ve also certainly had better.
This is creamy, a little bit light bodied but pretty drinkable.
This isn’t exactly gonna blow your hair back, but it was enjoyable enough.
