16 oz can Hypnotized 2/13/25 into a shaker pint glass.
L: SRM 3.5 pours thick hazy dull yellow gold with a 1/4" domed off white head that has OK retention, light carbo, head goes to light frothy, thick sticky lacing on entire circumference of glass, sediment layer at bottom.
S: Citrus, pith & zest, rich, fruity, very distant alcohol with warming.
T: Green melon rind, citrus, stone fruit, entire citrus with pith & rind, moderately sweet candied caramel malts, no taste morphing from start to finish. Melon rind and zest linger and its tang lingers for 5 minutes or more. It is full-flavored and robust.
F: Smooth, fluffy, heavy-bodied semi-juicy mouthfeel with a full center and a long fairly dry finish.
O: Tangy and quite quenching. Fairly simple whipped up fruit tastes of citrus & melon and a lot of it. Big and bold and I rolled the can a lot to break up the sediment of which there is a fair amount. Overall it is outstanding in its style.
