Bursting with radiant citrus energy, this hazy NEDIPA shines with juicy intensity. Hopped with Citra, Nectaron, Wai-iti, and the vibrant newcomer Zumo, this brew delivers waves of ripe orange and tropical stone fruit. Soft-bodied and pillowy on the palate, it’s a bold yet balanced expression of hop-forward brightness — a sunrise in a glass.

On draught at the brewery. Served in a snulip glass. It is a dense, turbid, pastel orange with a modest, ecru-colored cap and thick film of lacing. The smell features orange, lemon, and floral hops. It is a fruit bomb with notes of orange/tangerine, lemon, lime, pineapple, peach, and passion fruit. The flavors are big and bold with clean bitterness. However, there is a strong hop burn that distracts a bit. This DIPA drinks like a milkshake. It is thick and creamy with moderate carbonation, and the 8.2% ABV gives it good substance without overpowering. Overall, Orange Rising is a very good NEDIPA. I only hope that the hop burn dissipates because it is the major issue with this ale.
