16oz can into a Pokal.
L: SRM 2 Pours crystal clear light yellow with steady carbonation bubbles, a 3/4" domed eggshell white head that has good retention and recedes to a crusty thick cap & froth, thick soapy loose lacing.
S: Distant fruit, pear, rather inexpressive.
T: Light & bright citrus, orange blossom, pear, sweet Asian fruit, yellow sweet bread, a hint of yeast, a touch of honey, melon rind, light pastry dough, citrus zest & lemon rind in the lingering finish, it is gently full-flavored.
F: Crisp, bright medium-light bodied feel with a medium length moderately soft drying finish.
O: A vividly fruity tasting and bright feeling beer that is quite quenching. Bittersweet fruit bread plays a role in its taste. Very satisfying overall. It is excellent in its style.
