A one of a kind pilsner brewed with 100% Minnesota grown and malted barely and red wheat from Vertical Malting Co. Hopped in the kettle with Czech Saaz and in the whirlpool with Pacifica hops. Giving a blend of old world and new world aromas, a soft yet malty flavor with a hint of citrus and a dry finish.

On tap at Union 32 in Eagan - pours a nice amber color - nothing really to write home about, not terrible, not great, just a simple amber beer. Worth a try.

My palate must be simple, this is some fancy stuff judging by the description, but to me it's forgettable. At the same time it was clean, crispy and crushable
