Our version of an Italian Pilsner, brewed with Mediterranean Eraclea Pilsner Malt and hopped with noble Tettnang hops in the kettle and a small dry hop addition. Expect a crisp and clean bodied pilsner with expressive aromas of dried flowers, citrus peel and fresh herbs.

16oz can. There is a best by date stamp near the bottom lip but it is off center and does not provide clear information other than the year of '25'. Painted label.
Mostly clear, pale straw colored body. Two fingers of white head and this reduces to a full cap and ring. Leaves behind some lacing webs.
Aroma of sweet toasted bread malts and fruity/floral hops.
Taste is toasted malts, fruity hops (lemon), and a clean bite. Aftertaste wraps up quickly.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean and crisp, with a drying finish. Very good carbonation.
Flavor profile passes through quickly and calls for another sip. Slightly sweet but definitely goes to a bitterness bite and dryness.

From a can, poured into a shaker glass. Big fluffy head that lasts a long time - some bubbles rising, straw color. Nose is somewhat dry, but taste really shines. Malty up front, quickly finishing dry. Very well done.
