A: Crystal clear light pale golden beer with plenty of carbonarion. A pure white head is a craggy, puffy head that recedes at an average pace and leaves good lacing.

S: A little sweetness with a backing of grains, a touch of grass and herb, and a bit of corn coming in.

T: Pretty clean with grassy bitterness, there is a touch of corn cutting in before herbal leaf, pepper, and a touch of honey sweetness in the light bitterness. Crackery, almost bready malts pull into the finish without overrunning the bitterness.

M: The body is appropriately light, not watery, though a beginning crispness drops as some oily texture comes through. Carbonation is moderate, not overfilling or flat, but finding a balance.

O: Easy-drinking, definitely good for a hot day, but just a solid beer all around

Fills a Pretentious Glass Co. Pokal (aka American Lager Glass) with gem clear light golden straw beer that sparkles with carbonation. A fluffy, pure white head slowly retreats to 1/4”, leaving patchy lace all the way down.

A subtle fragrance of grain and fresh cut corn greets one initially. The duration of the session is occupied by faint sweetness of honeysuckle and black pepper.

The flavors are CRISP. Clean, fresh, uncooked corn is followed by very light bitterness. Sweetness is mild, though more present than the bitterness. Fresh baked white bread leads to a long mild finish that elevates the bitterness.

This has a thin body with an oddly oily texture. There is no hint of alcohol, while the carbonation is modestly soft. Residual sugar builds on the lips.

Fall Street does make some tasty lagers. This is an easy entry beer for the uninitiated, and the rest of us will enjoy it as well. One could slack their thirst on a hazy hot and humid day. It brings back memories of softball on Shooleys Mountain, when Buzzy sent three fly balls to me in left field and one in right field. Served him right for trading me away to the home team. :-D
