Look: Hazy pale yellow with a frothy white head.
Smell: Citrus fruits, hops- possibly mosaic. Pleasant but nothing blowing me away here.
Taste: Sharp hoppy and bitter bite on the front, the back is citrusy. It’s not an overly complex flavor, but the sharpness of the hops is intimidating, especially for the style. I kind of dig it though.
Feel: Light to medium at 6.3% ABV. A bit difficult to drink as it warms due to the hops and bitterness dominating the taste, so this is best served as cold as you can make it.
Overall: Weird beer, atypical of NE IPAs but I sort of enjoyed the uniqueness of it.
