Pours a deep brown color with almost no head and no lacing.
The smell is dominated by coffee and a bit of chocolate.
The taste is very heavy on coffee with a bit of dark fruit lingering on the finish. There's a hint of sweetness on the end likely from the vanilla.
The mouthfeel is medium body with low carbonation.
The coffee is too heavy. I'm going to let this sit for a while. If you like very coffee-forward beers, give this a try.
