You Know You Want My Lovin'

Received from @jdell15 in a BIF. No evident canning date. Poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass. It pours a murky, unusually dark, brownish-apricot color with a half finger of fluffy, milk-white had and lacing. Its nose features lemon, lime, berry, vanilla, and lite floral hops. The taste pops with ripe strawberry and vanilla cream with notes of tart lemon and grapefruit. There is a slight hoppy bitterness at the finish. I couldn't find the hop bill listed anywhere. It's fruity, refreshing, and not gimmicky. This ale boasts a thick, almost creamy mouth feel with moderate carbonation, and its 7.8% ABV gives it good substance. Overall, I'm always a bit reticent to drink beer with strawberry but You know You Want My Lovin' is very well-crafted and enjoyable. It would pair well with grilled sausage.
