Pours an effervescent copper with 3+ fingers ( proper pour in a hefe glass ) of cream colored head. Below average head retention & lacing
S: Green bananas & cloves
T: Brown bread, green bananas, cloves & toasty dryness up front. More toasty dryness, some green banana & clove as this warms. Finishes dry with green bananas & a little ripe & toastyness
MF Medium body, fairly restrained carbonation
A solid take on the style, just didn't quite take me back to Germany
