Hold on, a new Ørkenoy beer without a cutesy proper pet name, and their menu is now sorted by beer style? Maybe there's hope for them yet. Couldn't remember any of the beers names if I tried...
Hazy pale golden orange, ample foam and lacing. Grassy, herbaceous aroma, definitely a mild hop presence but more of a supporting role. Bitter citrus peel and mild resiny hops, smooth wheaty body lends a light creamy texture. Easy drinking, pretty utilitarian and also good.
