Don't be scared. This is the tastiest of little dry stouts with just a hint of the sea. Oysters were used three ways for this brew: full in the mash, shelled and shucked right into the wort.

Noticeable diacetyl, mild roast, mellow smooth feel. Little to no bitterness, a vague bittersweetness. Paired well with the roasted oyster bite on the menu. Splashed some stout in the shell as a shooter, that was pretty good.
