Chocolate and umami in the aroma, and chocolate fudge, slight vanilla and some alcohol heat in the taste. I didn't get any coconut aroma or taste, although my wife said she did.
12/13/25 Just had the 2022 version that's been aging in the barrel at the brewery. If you’re a chocolate lover, you have to allow this one to warm up.
