Funky Fluid

Immediately citric and herbaceous on the nose.
Dark and opaque yellow color, classic cloudy yellow of hazy ipa.
In the mouth, a beautiful bouquet of tropical fruit and citrus fruits that fades into a herbaceous more bitter than dry beer.
The bitterness of the hops however remains on the tongue even after drinking (with even some nuances of fruit to invite another sip).
Velvety beer, with yeasts that evidently soften the impact of the hops (which, in this case, it feels like they have been used in large quantities).
Very balanced, drinkable and bitter.
Fresh, not heavy and non-trivial.
Defect: too "flat", carbonation barely mentioned, is just my opinion.
