Copenhagen 23/10 2022. 33 cl bottle from Mikkeller web-shop. Very brown label with a pile of brown cupcakes.
Pours opaque dark brown with almost no head. The thin remnants of beige foam disappears almost immediately. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a candy-like, slightly boozy and bready odor. Chocolate, Nutella and brown sugar. Salty whiff of peanut butter.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit sticky, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a salty tang. Lingers for a while. Finish is sugary and semi-dry.
Sweet yet a bit salty. With a healthy ABV.
