Copenhagen 8/10 2022. 33 cl waxed bottle from Mikkeller web-shop. Dark label with whole lot of stacked barrels. Pours murky, dark maroon with amid-sized off-white head. Bubbly. Disappears after a short while. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a strong sweet almost sugary odor mingling with a lighter salty scent. Cocoa liqueur, brown sugar, cocoa and chocolate. Hints of peanuts butter.
Low carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly sticky, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a heavy sweetness followed by a light saltiness. Aftertaste is sweet and sugary. Light boozy tang. Lingering. Finish is peanutbutter and alcohol.
A very sweet and potent sugar bomb.
