Copenhagen 21/9 2022. 33 cl bottle from Mikkeller Web-shop. Dark brown and gold label with a cute drawing of creamy chunk of Tiramisu.
Pours opaque, dark brown with a mid-sized beige head. A bit bubbly. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intensewith sweet and sugary odor with a candy- and cake-like quality. Brown sugar, toffee, plums and Turkish fruit. Sweetened coffee. Dark alcohol lurking.
Low carbonation. Medium thick, oily, sticky, soft, flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is not asset asI expected. Som coffee peeking in. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
If you like your Tiramisu with a healthy dose of Marsala this will fit right in.

330 ml bottle, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 11%. Black colour, small tan head. Aroma of coffee, hints of chocolate and vanilla. Sweet flavour, notes of roast malts, chocolate and coffee, also distinct bittering hops.
