Copenhagen 21/8 2021. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Abstract, colorful fluid patterns in yellow, blue and purple on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as 4 cm thick layer of foam completely covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit and stone fruits mingling with a more subdued citric scent. Peach, papaya and mango. Almost candy-like sweetness. Light whiff of citrus and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while into a semi-dry finish.
Potent NEIPA from the sweet side of town.
