Copenhagen 2/2 2024. 50 cl can from Beershoppen webshop. Some very colorful clouds in a blue and white striped background on the can.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles 1,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of slightly overripe Stone fruits mingling with aggressive citrus fruit. Mango and peach. Hint of decay. Grapefruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat and greasy texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Finish is a tad sweet. Semi-dry.
Run of the mill - and a bit flat.
